Last week I had mood swings. Up, down, up, down. Every down got longer and darker. I saw my doctor on Thursday. I thought my mood swings would get better. They didn't. The downs got darker and the ups went away. Last October I was in the hospital. It makes me wonder if there's a new pattern starting.
