Happy vs. Sad

I've noticed that I'm sad a lot. I'm sure that has a lot to do with my bipolar disorder. But also it seems that I have such a sensitive personality that even the simplest things can get me in a bit of a tizzy. Then there's the fact that I generally don't write much when I'm not sad, so that makes it look like I'm sad, a lot.

Now, I wouldn't say that today I'm "happy." But I'm not necessarily "sad." I'm a little "lonely," but that's just because I've been "alone" a lot this weekend and I have a "long" weekend ahead of me. (Do you like my inappropriate use of quotation marks?)

I try to keep myself busy every weekend. Busy usually means out of the house. And busy is a good thing. It's the nights, though, that get to me. 5-9pm seems like forever, especially when there's nothing on TV and nothing to do. I've been crocheting, but even that gets old after a few days. I've been working on a giraffe for the last 8 days and I'm still not quite finished. I got bored with it.

In conclusion, I think I need to write more when I'm not sad and be silly more often.
