Mania -- A Poem

If I was in a mania
I wouldn't tell a soul
I wouldn't want them all to think
I've finally filled that hole

If I was in a mania
This secret would be mine
I'd push away the overzeal
I'd push away the shine

If I was in a mania
You wouldn't see me great
You'd only see what I let out
And not my truer state

I'm loving that you are writing your poetry again, wonderful. I like these both, very much.
I think you should think about publishing some of this great stuff!
Take care -g

Thanks!

I have been writing some poetry for fun, some poetry for therapy, and some poetry for myself. It's been very thought-provoking, some of the things that are coming out of my head and onto paper.
